Unfortunately, we are no longer able to update the payment method, voucher application and choice of item/s after completing checkout.
We may still be able to update your delivery address and item color - please contact our support team here. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still cancel your order.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 1-8 business days after the shipment date, depending on the shipping method used and availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance, inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

USPS will be leaving a notice once no authorized recipient is available. You can reschedule the delivery of your order through their website or you can click the link provided on the shipping confirmation that was emailed to you.
We are working very hard to get your order out as quickly as possible! Because of this, once an order is placed we are not able to change or cancel it.
If your shipping address is wrong, you can contact the carrier and request to have it held at your local pick-up location, where you can pick it up as long as you have your tracking number and government issued ID.
If you no longer want your product, upon delivery you can refuse the package (do not sign) and it will automatically be sent back to us. We will then contact you confirming a desired refund or address change.
At HappyGun, we make sure that the task of delivering our products to your fingertips is in the trusty hands of our riders and delivery partners. Still, here are a few ways you yourself can avoid delivery fraudsters:
- Always ask for either the HappyGun's delivery partner’s valid ID or to see other HappyGun packages he has in tow.
- Always double check the amount indicated in the invoice/ receipt.
"Pre-shipment" means that your package has left our warehouse and is waiting to be scanned by USPS to begin its journey to you. Please allow up to 8 business days for your tracking information to update.
We've had plenty of instances where the package wasn't scanned by USPS, but still arrived on time and onto the wrist of its owner.

Due to COVID-19, shipments to below countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. Once we have clearance to ship again, we will notify you immediately.（All countries except United States）
Your processed purchases will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated upon checkout. Changes in shipping address must be done within 24 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won't be able to update your details nor process you a refund.
